Latrice Allen, BS
Latrice Allen is an exceptional patient advocate, best selling author and grandmother with 30 years experience helping women and couples create families. She helps patients navigate the complex choices facing them when they need medical assistance to form their family. With deep expertise in donor conception and third party reproduction, she educates patients on insurance options and how to advocate for themselves. She informs patients of research opportunities that can benefit their own condition and others.
Matthew White, MBA, CFA
Matt White is a healthcare and life sciences executive who is dedicated to bettering how healthcare is delivered. With significant experience in Big Four and management consulting, Matt’ s expertise lies in how to craft new product messaging to gain acceptance into the provider and payer organizations. Matt has advised health and life sciences clients on product strategy, pricing, government and private reimbursement, and market access. He has joined Ovum Medical to ensure all patients have access to our clinic through their own health insurance.
Matt is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Atlanta. He also supports various education and health initiatives for rare and orphan diseases. Lastly, Matt lives in Atlanta metro area with his wife and pack of dogs.

KYLE HOEDEBECKE, MD, MBA, MS
Dr. Hoedebecke is an Army veteran, speaks 4 languages and has mentored medical professionals in 120+ different countries. Kyle serves as a Senator of the World Business Angel Investment Forum where he represents the United States. In doing so, he has served as an angel investor and/or advisor with 40+ startups. Kyle is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has over 70 peer-reviewed publications across 5 continents in 8 languages. He is a tremendous clinician, leader and patient advocate.
Alice Crisci, BS
Alice Crisci is a healthcare media host and influencer, activist, author, cancer / infertility survivor and mom. She founded the FertilityAnswers App to end the spread of health misinformation and Ovum Medical to speed access to family building solutions. She co-authored the first fertility preservation bill in the country and went on to lobby for reproductive change at all levels of government. She is committed to improving access to exceptional healthcare regardless of income, insurance, religion, race, identity or location. She helps people understand their reproductive choices to have a family with or without medical assistance. She is skilled at explaining complex medical terms in language everyone can understand. She is the proud mama to a fertility preservation miracle, who was a frozen day-two-embryo for five years. They reside on a small farm in Northern Idaho with too many animals to count.
