Jenna Appel, MS, RD, LDN, CDCES
Jenna is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and Reiki Practitioner, specializing in holistic health with a focus on interconnected systems. She has a Masters of Science in Nutrition from Hunter College, and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Virginia Health System. Her areas of expertise include healthy weight loss, diabetes, disordered eating, preconception care, and perimenopause. Her methodology revolves around non-scale victories and evidence-based practices, equipping you with the tools and unwavering support needed for optimal health.
